Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has stunning architecture and a great location for exploring Oxford. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations, especially considering the high price tag. The room lacked warmth and comfort, and the breakfast service was surprisingly slow and disappointing.
The hotel radiates a historical charm right in the city center, offering a unique atmosphere upon entering. I was especially captivated by the Morse Bar and the inviting library. However, while the Gothic staircase is breathtaking, the scaffolding somewhat detracts from its exterior appeal. Overall, the Randolph is a delightful spot, but some rooms may need better sound insulation.
This hotel is an elegant blend of history and comfort, making it my go-to when visiting Oxford. The location is unbeatable, right at the city center yet surprisingly quiet. The staff is welcoming, making the stay enjoyable, but some aspects like navigating the rooms can be a challenge. My recent dining experience left something to be desired as well.
I had a pleasant experience overall at this hotel. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the breakfast service was a bit of a letdown, as it took quite a while to arrive. The wellness facilities were nice, though I wish there was a larger jacuzzi or a swimming pool available.
My stay at the Randolph was a mix of highs and lows. The beautiful central location makes it perfect for exploring Oxford, and the staff certainly went out of their way to assist. However, the breakfast experience was quite chaotic and unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, while the amenities were solid, there were definitely areas that need refinement.
